Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Requests submitted within this period are eligible for cancellation without further processing.

If an order exceeds 72 hours from placement or has already entered dispatch, cancellation is no longer available. In these situations, it is recommended to wait for delivery and follow the return and refund process in accordance with the applicable policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Email is the preferred method, and phone enquiries are also accepted during service hours. To help us locate and review your request efficiently, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of payment or transaction reference
  • A brief explanation of the cancellation request

3. Review and Refund Processing

Once a cancellation request is received, the support team will review the order status promptly. If the request meets the cancellation conditions, confirmation will be provided and the refund process will be initiated without delay.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and are typically initiated within 1–3 business days after approval. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on the processing timelines of your bank or card issuer.
